Abstract Background Diagnosis of cardiac amyloidosis (CA) is basically based on imaging techniques. Transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) crucial to raise suspicion this disease through detection the classical features. An specific left ventricular (LV) deformation pattern with apical sparing (“cherry top”) has been described speckle tracking (ST) TTE. However, there no data regarding role LV global and regional analysis new tool feature (FT) magnetic resonance (CMR) in CA. Purpose Our aim analyze concordance between ST-TTE FT-CMR.
